About Us

MEFORMSI HOLDINGS was established and registered with the CIPC in the year 2019. We are a multi sector services provider that is based in Mpumalanga.

We are 100% black and youth owned industrial company that is passionate about Mining, infrastructure and youth development. Our customer focus covers everything from consultation, product, timeously deliver advice and aftersales service.

Our core services include construction, mining, drill & blast and our secondary services are transport and petroleum supply services.

Leadership

Fortune M. Msibi is the CEO of Meformsi Holdings. He has experience in underground and opencast mining operations, including roles in production, project design, site investigation, reporting, and business development.

Fortune holds a BSc in Mining Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and has served in various leadership positions throughout his career, including at Msobo Coal and Anglo American Platinum.
